This hotel is a great value for money. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms, though small, are well equipped with basic amenities and offer nice views of the harbor. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities available for a single person in the semi-double bedroom. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included in the price is a definite plus.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I was amazed by the delicious and diverse breakfast buffet at Resol. From freshly grilled salmon to delectable pastries, the food was top-notch. The restaurant on the 10th floor also offered breathtaking views of Hakodate's harbor. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding breakfast experience.

Great location and price, close to the train station and morning market. the room was clean and had a good size. the staff at the breakfast was very friendly, and the food was surprisingly good, especially the western style dish. We also enjoyed the lounge area with free coffee and tea.
Our Thanksgiving stay was not without problems. the room was freezing cold, and we had to request extra blankets to keep warm.

It's a convenient location if you need to be close to the train station. You can easily catch the tram just outside the hotel or take a short walk to reach the morning market and nearby shops and eateries. the rooms, while some are small, are generally clean and well-equipped with standard amenities like toiletries and robes.
The staff's English level could be improved, which may cause some communication difficulties for non-Japanese speaking guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Japan that really impressed me. the location was fantastic - it was just a short walk from the train station and conveniently located near eateries and public transportation. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, with basic amenities and even a view of the harbor from the higher floors. And to top it off, the breakfast was included and offered a variety of local foods to try.
All in all, I had a great experience and there was really nothing to complain about.

The location is amazing, as the hotel is just a short walk away from the JR station and the city's bus terminal. Also, the tram station is right in front, which made it easy to get around the city. Besides, the hotel provides parking facilities. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities as a whole.

Had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel in Hokkaido! Loved the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh seafood and chocolate danish. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations and close to the tram stop. We also loved the nearby morning market, where we tried some delicious local food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though they didn't speak much English.
The room was a bit noisy, with some traffic sounds from outside, but it wasn't too bothersome. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but we still slept well.
